HISTORY
The first son of Lord Valtes, and true heir to House Eina, Gebann was cast away before reaching adulthood for being unsuitable as an heir to one of the oldest houses in all of Korin. From early in his childhood, Gebann was being trained in Knighthood by the best of Lord Valtes' knights. Alongside a small handful of other young recruits, he worked long and grueling hours to become the leader that his father would need to continue the House. Through the course of his training he became good friends and nearly inseparable with Dagda, another young squire and Gebann's sparring partner.
As Gebann became old enough to begin learning to run his father's house, Lord Valtes betrothed him to the daughter of a wealthy family living in Eina. Upon hearing this news, Gebann refused and fought with his father over the forced marriage. Eventually in a slip of the tongue Gebann announced that he was in love with Dagda. Furious over this turn of events, Lord Valtes insisted that the marriage would go on as planned and declared Dagda stripped of his recently obtained Knighthood and forced to leave Eina's borders.
That night, Gebann managed to sneak out of Eina's manor and catch Dagda just as he was leaving his home. Together, the two left Eina's borders and have been spending the past three years they have been making money wherever and however they could, traveling from town to town and rarely staying in the same place for more than a few days. Gebann hasn't heard from or tried to contact his family since he left, and doesn't plan on it any time soon. What he doesn't know, is that his father declared him dead. The official story from House Eina is that Lord Gebann was sent on a mission by Lord Valtes to put a stop to a small gang of bandits that had been terrorizing his lands. A messenger that was sent with Lord Gebann returned badly injured, reporting that his Lord was chasing the bandits and took a shortcut over a freshly frozen lake. He fell through the ice and drowned and the messenger had no way of rescuing him.
PERSONALITY
Gebann is very effeminate and knighthood was never something he wanted to do if it were his choice. Other than the whole chivalry thing of course. He considers fighting to be very barbaric and that it should only be used as a last resort, to save his own hide, or that of Dagda's. The two rarely have to resort to violence, because their demeanor and friendliness towards their targets tends to frighten them more than enough to make them cooperative without resorting to violence. As time has gone on since leaving House Eina, he is slowly becoming more comfortable with having to act out in violence more and more, as diplomatic means don't always win out, as he was used to in House Eina. When he has to resort to violence, his strength, speed, and reflexes are very surprising considering his more feminine build and often catch his opponent off guard. He's also not much of a leader, despite what his father might have though of him before he ran off. Between the two of them, Dagda is the brains behind their little operation.
Gebann is very out-going and extremely fashion conscious. He refuses to go anywhere if his armor isn't new and shiny looking, and getting it dirty only makes him depressed until he's polished it again. He's been known to compliment their latest target's apparel, and sometimes going as far as to adding it to the pile of stuff they take if it's especially interesting. He is beautiful, charming, articulate, and extremely intelligent, though not as much when it comes to making plans. Gebann is a very fun-loving guy and rarely shows a hint of sadness or regret over his choices in life, at least where someone else could see.
His past is not something that he enjoys discussing, especially with someone whom he doesn't know very well. He's often thought of returning home and trying to take back his inheritance, but he could never live how he wants while in Eina and could never leave Dagda behind to leave his wandering lifestyle behind. Instead, he is very content with his current life, and those thoughts of returning home never amount to more than just a vague homesickness.
APPEARANCE
Until you hear Gebann speak, it would be very easy to mistake him for a woman, and a very good looking one at that. He stands average height and is rather skinny, but his small frame hides his strength, speed, and reflexes very well. His long hair is curly and of a very light blue, almost white shade and his eyes are a bright blue. Gebann's armor is bright white, very well crafted, and will never been seen dirty if he can do anything about it. Around his neck, Gebann often wears a light pink cloak. When he's not in his armor, he only wears the finest of clothes.
